This is my first blog.

I have no idea - how to begin , how to turn my idea into words or what to write. All of a sudden I just thought to write about the incident that happened just two days ago . 

Before let me start , what do you think of the beauty standards that exist today ?  I am not rude , even I too love using beauty products . When people talk about your skin colour or your appearance you feel something inside. Their talk can make you either to love yourself or hate yourself.

Who made these beauty standards??

To have a glowing skin is great , To look gorgeous in appearance means a lot , Who told all these stuffs . Does it really matters ? What do you think .

Now let me tell you the scenario . I was in a shop to take a print out . There I saw a very cute , little innocent girl , who is just in grade 4 with two messy braids. I think she just came from school as I used to be like that . She was talking to the shop owner very comfortablely. On their convo , the owner asked her, " Haven't you washed your face after you came from school ? " . The girl with innocent tone said she did . The owner continued by stating , " Wash your face daily after you come . You are getting darker day by day . During lock down your skin looked good and you looked brighter than your sister . See now you are just turning dark again " . 

And I was like what is this?!! . In your point of view maybe , that doesn't matter to ask a child to wash her face . But in my thoughts if you advise a child to wash his/her face , to keep themselves clean, neat or whatever in the other context is ok. But why are you speaking about the colour???. 

Like sowing of seed , she simply sowed with no efforts , beauty is to have a bright skin tone, in that little heart.

See the world. Not even letting a child to love herself/himself for who she/he is . Telling your child to use cream to become bright or put on more powder , beauty products, and making them feel bad about their own body is such a foolish act . Think before you speak to a child about their appearance, skin tone. You may not know how deep the words go in their heart.
